My earlier career as a CPA began at multi-sector property development, management and investment firm, where I gained a unique perspective on the financial aspects of real estate transactions and their financial modeling. I use this knowledge to help clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals.
I have also been involved in a range of entrepreneurial ventures, including real estate development, consulting and technology. This experience has given me a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing businesses across a wide range of industries, and allows me to approach real estate transactions from a business perspective, rather than simply as a transactional exercise. I understand that each business has unique goals and requirements when it comes to real estate, and I am able to help clients identify properties and spaces that meet their specific needs and align with their overall business strategy.

After majoring in finance and economics, I founded and grew my insurance brokerage, where I served a wide variety of business clients, and which gave me valuable insights into the risk management and concerns of commercial property owners and investors. I spent a great deal of time with them in identifying their detailed needs, and so that I could recommend the best solutions for them.
My approach to real estate is focused on building strong relationships with clients based on trust, transparency, and results. I work closely with each client to understand their unique needs and objectives, and I develop customized strategies to help them achieve their goals.
I have been involved in a wide range of transactions from small franchise restaurant business sales to large industrial spaces. I have enjoyed working with clients involved with business innovation and start ups, with a laser focus on their unique needs. Meeting those needs with creative solutions is my biggest priority and has my complete commitment.

With extensive training and expertise in commercial real estate transactions, I have a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and multi-national clients on acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions, investment analysis, and consultation.
